Group training at Reclaim Fitness Studio is coach-led, strength-focused, and designed to help you get stronger, move better, and feel confident in your body... without feeling overwhelmed.


Our group classes combine structured strength training and conditioning in a supportive small group environment where coaching comes first and community matters.

What Group Training Looks Like

Each class is intentionally designed to give you the benefits of personal training within a motivating group setting.


You can expect:

  • Strength-focused workouts with progressive monthly programming.
  • Conditioning that builds endurance and confidence without burnout.
  • Clear coaching cues and movement guidance throughout class.
  • Small group sizes so you are seen, coached, and supported.


Every workout has a purpose and every phase builds on the last.

Weekly Training Structure

Our programming follows a balanced weekly split to support strength, performance, and recovery.


You will see:

  • 2 lower body focused days.
  • 2 upper body focused days.
  • 2 full body strength and conditioning days.


Programming progresses monthly, so you are not repeating the same workouts week after week, but instead, building strength and confidence over time.
